If Health It! becomes aware that information has been received about a person under the age of thirteen (13), Health It! will work to remove and permanently delete that information to the extent reasonably and commercially possible. If you are a parent or guardian who believes that your child under the age of thirteen (13) has submitted information to us, please contact Customer Care. If we verify that you are the parent or legal guardian, we will coordinate with you to discuss any personal information actually received from your child and how that personal information may have been shared or used.
If a California resident under the age of eighteen (18) chooses to express an opinion or post information for others to view on our Digital Platforms, those opinions and information may be removed by the poster by following the instructions posted on the Website. Deleting your content from our Website does not delete copies made by third parties, including reposts of your content on other websites and in social media.
We may receive your personal information when you connect to a social media feed, post content in social media, or otherwise interact with us using social media. When you “like,” “subscribe,” or send or post a message to us through social media, we may receive your username, alias, handle, location, and any other personal information available from social media.
